Mike Rosen
Mike has a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering and 30 years of management experience with local and state government programs in natural resource protection, restoration, and toxic site cleanup. Mike is the former board chair for NW Disability Support and is the current board chair for the NW Museum of Cartoon Arts. He is a former Portland Public Schools board member, and co-wrote the Climate Crisis Response policy for Portland Public Schools. He is married to the amazing Teresa Hoos and has 3 grown children, Ben, Elias, and Marcella. Mike enjoys the outdoors, reading and collecting comics, and spending time with his family.
