Max Beeken
Max Beeken joined Wild Rivers Land Trust as Conservation Director in 2018 and in 2023 began his new role as Stewardship Director. He grew up in Salem, Oregon and studied marine biology at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology in Charleston. Max has worked both on the ocean as a fisheries biologist and on land as a forester and field biologist on research and restoration projects. When not at work Max enjoys surfing, hiking and running on the south coast.
